AFL – Buddy Franklin’s (pictured) return to pre season training with the Sydney Swans has experienced a bit of a hiccup.
Franklin is set to have an operation of a minor finger injury thats been bothering trhe superstar forward since mid way though the 2015 season.
Franklin hasn’t missed a session yet but Swans physio Matt Cameron says with the players about to take their christmas break, it was felt the time was right for the surgery, giving him plenty of time for recovery before the players return on the 4th of January.
