The Australian Womens Rugby Sevens go into the inaugural Olympic Sevens competition careful not to underestimate their opposition.
The Australians are justifiably favourites after their outstanding form going into the competition with a win in the first ever World Sevens Series title marking them as the team to beat.
Forward Chloe Dalton (pictured) says, while the squad goes into the competition with plenty of confidence, the team knows they’ll have a target on their backs from the first match, with the other countries sure to offer plenty of challenges to the World Champions.
