Geelong Cats skipper Joel Selwood’s lead foot has cost the club its sponsorship with Victoria Transport Accident Commision.
Selwood (pictured) was booked for doing 127km/h in a 100km/h zone in February and subsequently has his licence cancelled for a month.
A frustrated Cats CEO Brian Cook says the latest incident was the last straw for the TAC, leading to the end of the arrangement that was believed to be worth a quarter of a million dollars a year to the club.
