The North Queensland Cowboys have been forced into a lineup change for Saturday evenings clash with St George in Townsville.
The Cowboys have played the same 17 players since week two of the 2015 finals series but that run has come to an end with the injury to centre Kane Linnett.
Cowboys coach Paul Green says while he gave some thought to bringing Matthew Wright into the side, the performances of Javid Bowen (pictured), the cousin of club legend Matt Bowen, in the Intrust Super Cup made it an easy to decision to elevate the 22 year old into the Cowboys side for his NRL debut.
