NRL – The Gold Coast Titans hope Shannon Walker (pictured) will show them enough at this weekends Auckland Nines to convince the club to re sign the flying winger.
Walker has been a part of the Australian Rugby Sevens squad since leaving the Titans at the end of 2010 and was all set for an appearance at this years Rio Olympics but has given up that opportunity to spend more time at home with his family.
27 year old Walker says with the Sevens squad now based in New South Wales, he was finding it harder and harder being away from his family.
