NRL – An outstanding season in the Intrust Super Cup for the PNG Hunters has 21 year old Kato Ottio (pictured second from left) very much in the 2016 plans of the Canberra Raiders.
Ottio has only been playing rugby league for a year after the Hunters spotted him playing volleyball and rugby sevens.
Raiders recruitment manager Peter Mulholland says the way the Ottio has adjusted to life away from home sees him on the verge of signing a contract with the Raiders.
