A Tasmanian Liberal MP will be the co-chair of a new group seeking to inform people about the upcoming referendum on a Voice to Parliament.

Bridget Archer will co-chair the Friends of Uluru Group, being joined by Labor MP Gordon Reid and Independent MP Allegra Spender.

The group aims to provide a forum for those seeking information on the Uluru statement as well as advocate for a yes vote.

Speaking to RN Breakfast, Archer says that if the opposition were to take a no position regarding the upcoming referendum, there should be no doubt she’d cross the floor.
