Parramatta Eels coach Brad Arthur says the club expects five eighth Corey Norman (pictured) to be as professional off the field and he is on in 2017.

Norman was involved in a number of controversial incidents off the field in 2016 which included being charged with drug offences.

Despite the off field issues, Arthur says Normans attitude at training and around the club continues to improve and the club goes into the new season expecting a similar attitude from Norman towards his off field behaviours.
