North Queensland co captain Matt Scott (pictured) says he’ll consider moving clubs if the Cowboys don’t offer him a suitable contract.
With Scott one of a number of stars out of contract at the end of 2017, the Cowboys are sweating on the NRL to finalise the 2018 salary cap before moving to secure the players.
Scott says if the club with which he won the 2015 premiership doesn’t make him a reasonable offer, he’s prepared to test the market in order to make the most of his remaining years in the game.
