Former Queensland star Justin Hodges says the Maroons are more than capable of beating the Blues in Origin Game One on Wednesday night despite the loss of a number of stars.
Queensland go into Game One without three of its most greatest and most experienced players in Johnathon Thurston, Greg Inglis and Matt Scott, leaving a massive hole in the teams leadership.
With 24 Origin games to his credit, Hodges (pictured) says the renowned Queensland culture is built around leadership and he’s satisified the Maroons are more than capable of fending off the hungry Blues.
