Gold Coast Suns coach Rodney Eade (pictured) says he’ll take plenty of positives from the clubs heartbreaking 2 point loss to the Demons on Sunday.

The Suns went into the match without six first choice midfielders  and were given no chance of a victory over the Demons but pushed Melbourne all the way to the end with forward Tom Lynch unable to convert  a set shot from 50 metres after the final siren that would have given victory to the club.

With the clubs injury rate again ruining the teams chances, coach Rodney Eade  says the way his young side gave themselves  a chance to win in the second half gives him reason to believe the club has a positive future ahead of it.
