Geelong Cats coach Chris Scott has refused to be drawn into further discussion about the future of Gary Ablett.
Abletts performance in the 102 point loss to the Giants on the weekend, picking up just 16 disposals has been described in some quarters as disinterested, leading to more speculation that he might again seek a trade to the Cats.
No doubt, the Cats would love to have Ablett back in Geelong but Scott (pictured) says his responsibility is coaching the team and wouldn’t be drawn into further discussion about Abletts future.
