Parramatta hooker Nathan Peats (pictured) says he expects to play in Friday nights Indigenous Round match against the Rabbitohs.
The underfire Eels must get under the salary cap before the match and letting Peats go is seen as the immediate solution to the problem.
Indigenous All Star Peats has been a standout for the Eels since coming into first grade and he says despite the speculation he’s putting all his efforts into preparing for the Rabbitohs clash on Friday night.
