The misfiring Gold Coast Suns will attempt to get back on the winning side of the ledger when they meet the Demons at home on Saturday afternoon.

The Suns were humiliated by Geelong on the weekend, going down by 120 points in a display noticeable for the lack of effort by the Suns players as a whole.

The Suns Yirrganydji defender Jarrod Harbrow (pictured) will become the first Suns player to notch up 100 AFL games for the club in the match but after a withering team meeting on Monday at which even skipper Gary Ablett copped some home truths, he says the team is ready to get their season back on track.
