North Queensland coach Paul Green says he expects skipper Johnathon Thurston (pictured) to bounce back strongly this week when the Cowboys meet the Roosters on Sunday afternoon.
The Cowboys are coming off their worst performance of the year, going down 26 – 14 to the Tigers and consequently dropping to 5th on the NRL ladder.
Green says that such is the pride that Thurston takes in his performance that he has no doubt that the skipper will be back to his dominant best against the underperforming Roosters on Sunday.
