AFL Match Review member Nathan Burke has taken the time to explain the panels decision to fine Cyril Rioli (pictured) over his bump on Melbournes Clayton Oliver on Sunday.

Rioli accepted a $1500 fine for the bump which was classified as careless conduct with a low impact.

Burke says the circumstances of the bump were such that the panel were satisfied that a fine was sufficient and Rioli is free to line up for the Hawks against North Melbourne at the MCG on Saturday afternoon.
