Melbourne coach Paul Roos says he’s confident that pacy small forward Jeff Garlett (pictured) will be available for Sundays cruciual clash with Carlton.
The Demons are currently in ninth place on the ladder but if the club wins its final two regular season matches and the Kangaroos lose theirs, the Demons will scrape into the finals in eighth place.
Garlett has been struggling with a skin infection all week but Roos says, after prompt treatment from the clubs medical staff, he’s confident the 27 year old will be fit and ready to play.
