Cronulla Sharks coach Shane Flanagan has joined the calls for a change in the State of Origin schedule.
Flanagan, whose team secured the clubs inaugural NRL premiership in 2016 is the latest in a long line of club coaches that feel they are disadvanged by the scheduling of the games showcase series.
Flanagan (pictured) says with up to five Sharks players in the running for Origin spots, its time for the series to be rescheduled to lessen the impact felt by the more successful clubs.
