34 year old Wiradjuri man Dan Christian has been named skipper of the mens National Indigenous Cricket team.
Both men and womens teams were named this week to take part in high performances camps and matches ahead of the 2018 UK tour.
Christian (pictured), who also lead the 2009 tour says the tour is an excellent opportunity for young First Nations cricketers to pave their way towards playing first class cricket and possibly even Test cricket in the future.
