Sydney Swans midfielder Josh Kennedy says he’d be happy for superstar forward Buddy Franklin (pictured) to spend more time alongside him in the Swans midfield as the finals approach.
The Swans take on a desperate North Melbourne side at Hobart on Saturday afternoon with a loss having the potential to rob the Kangaroos of a spot in the finals.
Franklin had one of the great quarters while playing in the midfield against St Kilda, booting three of his six goals and gathering 19 possessions and Kennedy says he’d be happy for Buddy to continue bringing that kind of contribution to the midfield as the Swans strive to end Hawthorns premiership dominance.
