Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley has denied Heretier Lumumba’s allegations over his time at the Magpies.
In a documentary set to air on SBS over the weekend, Lumumba makes a number of allegations about the homophobic and racist language that was common at the club in his time, including that the nickname widely used for him by many at the club, was Chimp.
Buckley (pictured) denied the claim this week, seemingly putting them down to Lumumba’s supposed health problems.
