The Brisbane Broncos will need to be wary of an Ash Taylor (pictured) lead Gold Coast side when the clubs meet in the local derby on the coast on Friday night.
Taylor spent three seasons at Red Hill but was caught in the logjam of halves talent at the Broncos, leading him to seek opportunities down the freeway at the Titans.
Broncos prop Josh McGuire says Taylors talent was never in doubt while at Brisbane and the half will be very keen on a good showing against his old club.
