NRL – Queensland State of Origin coach Kevin Walters (pictured) hasn’t wasted any time in stamping his authority over the 2016 team.
Walters acted swiftly after learning that young stars Valentine Holmes and Cam Munster broke curfew on Sunday night by banning the pair from the Qld side for 12 months.
Maroons veteran Sam Thaiday says by breaking the curfew, the players left Walters with no option but to take a hardline but he’s sure they’ll learn from their mistakes and get their chance further down the track.
