Australian running champion Peter Bol has revealed he’s been exonerated by Sport Integrity Australia.
Bol had been provisionally banned in January after he returned a positive result for a banned substance.
Sport Integrity Australia confirmed on Tuesday it had officially ended the investigation after the sample was found to be a false negative, clearing Bol of any wrongdoing.
The 29-year-old long-distance runner has always denied taking any banned substance and said on social media this morning the news was a ‘dream come true.’
