The head of the investigation into the Bowraville murders says he has fresh evidence and wants the prime suspect tried for all three cases.
In a submission to the Attorney-General Detective Inspector Gary Jubelin called for the three cases to be tried together.
Speaking to ABC radio, Detective Inspector Jubelin confirmed they had fresh and compelling evidence for the application.
