Adelaide Crows superstar small forward Eddie Betts (pictured) says he’s gratified by the support offered  to he and his family after the latest racism row to engulf the AFL.

In an unusual display of solidarity for such fierce rivals, both the Crows and Port Adelaide have united to demand an end to harassment of players by fans both in the crowd and on social media.

Speaking on 5aa in Adelaide, Betts says the pain of a difficult week has been eased somewhat by the overwhelming display of support he and his family have received.
