The Gold Coast Titans have trumped the rest of the NRL by signing Jarryd Hayne (pictured) until the end of 2018.
Haynes future home after his failed stints in the NFL and Rugby Sevens has been the source of much conjecture but the signing with the Titans has taken the league world by surprise.
Hayne says despite promising he would only play for the Eels if he did return to the NRL, the idea of linking with the Gold Coast club simply ticked too many boxes for the opportunity to be ignored.
