NRL finals contenders the Gold Coast Titans aren’t wasting anytime after Jarryd Haynes (pictured) pleasing debut for the club on the weekend.
Haynes appearance saw the club sell out the game against the Warriors and the club are believed to be seeking to add additional years to the two year contract Hayne signed just over a week ago.
Former international Steve Renouf says with plenty of interest from other clubs and with the knowledge that Hayne still has an allegiance to the Eels, the move makes perfect sense for the club that was considered a basketcase less than a year ago.
