Former rugby league star Justin Hodges (pictured) has called on the NRL to increase the cash bonus for the club that wins the minor premiership.
The first placed Melbourne Storm take on the second place Cronulla in Melbourne on Saturday night with the winner to finish the season as minor premiers.
Hodges says its high time that the NRL increases the $100,00 that the minor premiers will receive for finishing the regular season at the top of the ladder.
