The Sydney Swans have wasted no time dwelling on the Grand Final defeat at the hands of the Bulldogs.
The Swans are back on full training with Dan Hannebery excelling by winning the clubs 3k time trial just months after his serious knee injury in the Grand Final.
Swans coach John Longmire (pictured) says with the club bringing plenty of talent on board, the disappointment of the Grand Final was put behind them long ago.
