The Sydney Swans go into the 2016 AFL finals series knowing their forward line is in excellent form just when the club needs it most.
In one of the tightest finishes to the regular season in recent times, the Swans have finished as minor premiers ahead of Geelong and Hawthorn by just 7 percentage points.
Midfielder Josh Kennedy says the club will go into finals knowing they’re capable of kicking winning score against any opposition after Buddy Franklins (pictured) seven goals, Ben McGlynns five and Gary Rohans four saw the club home by 113 points.
