The Brisbane Lions have lost young midfielder Rhys Mathieson for Saturdays Q Clash on the Gold Coast.
The match will be played following the inaugural AFLW Grand final in what is expected to be a massive day of footy on the coast.
Suns Noongar skipper Stephen May (pictured) says even without Mathieson, the Lions have plenty of weapons in the midfield but he’s confident his side has the cattle to win the battle against the arch rivals from up the highway.
