AFLPA boss Paul Marsh says he’s confident that strike action won’t be necessary as negotiations with the AFL resume.
The union is seeking a six year Collective Bargaining Agreement with the AFL but talks have up to this point been unable to achieve a resolution.
Marsh says he’s confident that despite the drawn out nature of the negotiations, he believes the situation will be resolved without the need for strike action.
