The future of rugby leagues World Club Series must be in serious doubt with eleven clubs reportedly declining the opportunity to take on Super League runners-Warrington in the UK in February.
The two game series is should feature games between the NRL and Super League champions and the runners-up with Cronulla to meet Wigan and Melbourne to pit themselves against Warrington.
The Storm have declared they have no interest in the match against Warrington with half Cooper Cronk (pictured), in camp with the Kangaroos, saying its just too much of a disruption to the clubs 2017 preparations.
