Departing Penrith half Jamie Soward (pictured) says he has no regrets about the end of his time in the NRL.
The 31 year old was released by Penrith this week and Soward will move to take up a playing opportunity in England.
The former New South Wales half, St George premiership winner and Indigenous All Star says despite playing well enough to continue competing in the NRL, once it became obvious that the Panthers would be concentrating on developing its next generation of halves, it was an easy decision to make the move to the UK.
