Hawthorn star Isaac Smith has offered his support to the AFL’s much maligned “rushed behind” rule.
The new law has been the source of much controversy in the first ten rounds of the 2017 season with players and umpires struggling to understand the nuance of law.
Smith (pictured) though says any rule that will see the ball stay in play can’t be a bad thing and personally, he’s a fan.
