NRL premiers Cronulla say they’ll watch carefully James Segeyaro’s attempts to walk away from his contract with Super League club Leeds.
The PNG born Segeyaro (pictured) has said he has no intention of seeing out his contract with Leeds that has two years to run.
Sharks coach Shane Flanagan says the shock retirement of Michael Ennis has left the club scrambling for a replacement and while Segeyaro would be an ideal fit, they won’t make any moves until the contract dispute is resolved.
