Fremantle ruckman Aaron Sandilands will play on into 2018 after signing a one year contract extension with the Dockers.
Despite missing the past three games with a hamstring injury, the 34 year old says his body feels more than up to the challenge of a 16th season in the AFL.
Sandilands, very much a barometer for the Dockers fortunes in his time at the club, says if his body holds together, he hopes he can continue to contribute to the rebuilding football club.
