Port Adelaides First Nations ruckman Paddy Ryder says he believes he’s back to his very best form.

Ryder (pictured) was one of 33 players rubbed out of the game for 12 months in the fallout over the Essendon doping scandal and has been a vital part in the sides charge up the AFLl ladder in 2017.

Ryders tap work has seen Ports midfield become one of the competitions most dominate and he says he’s looking to continue his excellent form heading into the seasons second half.
