As four time premiership winner Shaun Burgoyne prepares for his 16th season of AFL footy, he’s not lacking in the motivation required to continue at the highest level.
The 33 year old has been a crucial part of the Hawks last three flag winning sides and says his love for the game is as strong as ever.
Burgoyne will play his 300th AFL game this year and says with his passion for training intact and plenty of new blood at the Hawks to keep him young, he’d like to keep playing for as long as he can.
