Brisbane Roar vice captain Jade North has apologised for his on field dive in the weekend draw with Melbourne City.
The 34 year old Biripai defender and 2016 Naidoc Sportsman of the Year fell to the ground clutching his face after minor contact with City skipper Bruno Fornaroli and was still on the ground, despite the referee allowing play to continue, when City scored the equaliser.
