Hawthorn skipper Luke Hodge (pictured) is back at training with a host of new players at the Hawks.
The club created something of a sensation at the end of the 2016 season by allowing premiership stars Sam Mitchell and Jordan Lewis to move on to new clubs.
Hodge says while its certainly different not having his long term teammates around anymore, he expects more and more players to seek greener pastures in the twilight years of their careers.
