Penrith Panthers prop Trent Merrin (pictured) says being a member of the Kangaroos squad for the Four Nations tournament will be a career highlight that will stay with him long after retirement.
The team has become very tight under new coach Mal Meninga after previous teams were divided by state loyalties.
Merrin says there are no sub groups in the squad and playing alongside the likes of Matt Scott, Greg Inglis and Johnathon Thurston is a memory that will stay with him for ever.
