World All Stars coach Mal Meninga (pictured) says he’s excited and privileged to be taking over from Wayne Bennett for the annual fixture which shifts to Newcastle in 2017.
Meninga will take a team into the clash that features a number of Origin stars including Jarryd Hayne and Nate Myles.
The World coach says while he’s looking forward to the game, it’s the whole weeks activities that has him excited about the new coaching role.
