Former Gold Coast Titan David Mead has taken advantage of a last minute injury to Corey Oates to make his Brisbane Broncos debut.
Brisbane ran out 32 – 8 winners over the Roosters in front of a noisy hometown crowd on the back of Anthony Milfords Man of the Match performance.
The PNG born Mead (pictured) showed he wouldn’t be out of place in the Brisbane side with an impressive performance capped off by a try late in the match.
