Michael Johnsons position in the Fremantle Dockers leadership group will be considered by the playing group as the 2017 season draws closer.
Johnson and fellow Docker Shane Yarran are facing assault charges after separate incidents but the club insists that no action will be taken until after the charges are heard.
Dockers coach Ross Lyon (pictured), who has ironically just returned from a leadership course at Harvard university in the US says he’s spoken to both players but won’t be making any decisions about any possible action for now.
