The Sydney Swans have added legend Tony Lockett to the clubs coaching staff, with the specific brief of working with the clubs forwards.
50 year old Lockett remains the games leading goalkicker with 1360 goals in his career for the Swans and St Kilda.
The mark has long been regarded as untouchable although Lockett himself believes it’s not out of the question for Buddy Franklin (pictured) to one day break the record, although not if the Swans superstar continues his trend of looking for work up the ground.
