Billy Slater’s (pictured) future in rugby league must be in serious doubt after his latest round of shoulder surgery.
Slater reinjured the same shoulder that saw him miss the end of the 2015 season on the weekend and is now expected to miss the entire 2016 season after undergoing further surgery this week.
Slater’s Storm and Queensland teammate Wil Chambers says while his team mates are devastated by the news, the emergence of young fullback Cameron Munster makes Slaters absence a little easier to deal with.
