Kangaroos coach Mel Meninga (pictured) says every member of the 24 man squad will get their chance to press their claims for a spot in the Australian team in the Four Nations tournament beginning this week.

Meninga came into the job with a clear mandate to introduce the next generation of Kangaroos stars and will play five debutants in Monday mornings tournament opener against Scotland.

Australia will hand Kangaroos debuts to Matt Moylan, Justin O’Neill, James Maloney and Jake Trbojevic and good performances could see them in line for a berth in the side that will meet New Zealand and England.
