Australian rugby league coach Mal Meninga (pictured) says he will look to players from within the 2016 Four Nations squad when he picks his team to meet New Zealand on May 7.

Injuries to key pair Greg Inglis and Matt Scott will leave Meninga’s team without two of its most experienced and influential players, with a number of other positions thought to be up for grabs.

The likes of Dane Gagai are pushing strongly for selection but the coach says any replacement players are most likely to be picked from the squad that took out the Four Nations Cup in England late last year.
